After emigrating from Calabria, Italy in 1956, Vince and Ida Salerno wanted to live “The American Dream”. 

Salerno’s Restaurant and Pizzeria originated in Berwyn, IL in 1966. Starting as a neighborhood bar, it turned into a successful Italian restaurant serving 95% homemade foods and Chicago Style Pizza. We’re proud of our family’s accomplishments over the past 40+ years and enjoy working side by side with Grandma and Grandpa Salerno daily. 

Our family has been serving the East Valley since 2004 with 3 generations committed to serving the same quality and quantity as its original location. We are devoted to guaranteeing each customer’s event or dinner receives quality service and that all expected standards are exceeded. We not only provide dine-in and carry-out service, we also specialize in wedding and rehearsal dinners, graduations, birthdays, anniversaries, Religious events, and much more.
